This sign was positioned near a large roundabout on entering the town. The message rotated between “Stay Home”, “Avoid Covid-19” and “Beaches Closed”. The Lorne local community was deeply concerned that visitors from Melbourne would bring the virus into their town, potentially overloading the town’s medical facilities.
