During the beginning of the pandemic, I was still employed as an essential worker. I’d take my camera with me from time to time, and on this occasion I photographed the city skyline from Footscray. The emptiness of Melbourne really caught my attention. Eventually I was stood down, and as Footscray is more than 5km away I can no longer travel there.
