HONEY, I SHRUNK THE TURKEY , 2020
2D Digital Montage

Food production is responsible for one-quarter of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions, and during Christmas alone, UK throws away 7 million tonnes of perfectly edible food.

If we do not start to change our behavior and become more sustainable today, we open up the business opportunity for pharmaceutical companies. Indeed, once they find cheap solutions to reduce food waste with pills, it will be much more difficult to attract investors for environmentally and socially holistic solutions.

Do we really want to end up with pills such as GRAVIA? Do we really want to let pharmaceutical companies decide on how we eat in the future?
