HONORABLE MENTION

Dripping in Gold represents the theme of celebration in a personal way. The woman basked in the golden sun with golden dew dripping onto her skin which relates to the pride I feel when I see my artistic work finished, and I’ve done my very best. During the artistic process, I explored the technique of realism mixed with reflective gold paint to create a multimedia piece. Because I usually do realistic work, experimenting with golden acrylic was fun and an inspiration for future work.
