Ζευγάρι Λευκοπελαργών (Ciconia ciconia) στη φωλιά τους. Ένα από τα πιο γνωστά είδη μεταναστευτικών πουλιών στην Ελλάδα. Ανθρωπόφιλο είδος που κατασκευάζει μεγάλες και περίτεχνες φωλιές μέσα σε πόλεις και χωριά, σε ψηλά σπίτια, καμπαναριά και στύλους της ΔΕΗ. Αναφέρεται σε πολυάριθμους μύθους και είναι στενά συνδεδεμένο με τη λαογραφική μας παράδοση.
