As a group, we began our color exploration project on skin tones. I started to think about what colors were in my undertones. The first thing I did was add the darker shades of brown because that’s the primary color of my skin. I remembered when one of my friends told me that I had red undertones. In order to figure out the other two shades, I had to look at an old selfie. Consequently, I came up with a golden brown color because the sunlight revealed that to me. For the last color, I just looked at my arm and notice a tan-like finish.
