I Am Her, She Is Me , 2021
20 x 16 in (h x w)
Acrylic over canvas
[15]

I wanted to create a body of work that not only represented who I am but actually showed me. It is a self-portrait that contains a background of puddles of different colors. These colors represent the feeling of wholesomeness and a calm state of mind which are my traits. I really enjoyed this piece because I got to learn more about myself and have even more self-love for what I look like and who I am.
