It feels to me as since the beginning of this pandemic, most of my energy goes to struggle between hanging on and letting go. And the more time passes by, the later becomes the only way.
Letting go of plans and expectations.
Letting go of people and things. Letting go of familiar ways of life.
But maybe the only way to survive the storm is easing up on the sails and just let go.
