Designing in Color: Graphic Design Through a Xicana Lens
6 x 16 cm (h x w)

Bio: Adriana is a first-generation Xicana, activist, artist, and designer whose work reflects her culture, community, and personal experiences. She hopes to connect with people through her work and make an impact as a Xicana designer.

Artist Statement: My work is always about resisting and existing. In the moment I am imagining, I am defining what freedom looks like to me. My work also explores my identities and preserves my memories. I create to make people feel uncomfortable, to help people feel powerful, and to help people feel seen. And most importantly, I always create in COLOR.
