Something that has influenced me during my experience within the program will have to be the
outcome with what I have learned and how I will continue to grow. I am usually an individual
that has a hard time speaking and communicating with others whom I don´t know and so with
that being said, it was something that I had to get out of my comfort zone. I decided to create a
face mask of my face with paper mache and I have written words or facial expressions
incorporated into this work of art because I feel like I have changed a whole lot since this
program and how I see myself now. I wanted to make sure that I share what I have learned as a
leader by how the program has shaped me.
