"This piece tells a story of a vision I had while meditating inside an ancient Redwood tree in the Old Growth Forests of Northern California. I was going through a lot of pain and sifting through years of trauma, just moved away from my hometown, feeling lost but hopeful about a new future. I needed new roots, and when I sent this request from my entire being and then I received a response in the form of a vision.
My roots pushed into the ground. The Redwood took my roots and showed me how to push deeper, deeper. The mycelium network sent messages through the underground network, I was there and I was growing my roots with my Family. Then they sent codes into my DNA, and broken parts were repaired.
Nature and animals have led me down a magnificent path of healing and understanding. I am thankful for my experience, a tiny tendril, sending frequencies back to the whole, included in the whole."
