A palpable sense of time , 2021
25.5 x 25.5 x 5.5 cm (h x w x d)
3D Mixed Media and Concrete

This piece was created using concrete whilst etching into it with tools such as a pencil, kitchen knife and sewing needle when still wet to create a self-portrait that reflects the 70 day's in lock down. Tally marks are visible and are represented in this manor to demonstrate themes of imprisonment and being trapped in a concrete jungle. A portrayal of how tangible time really felt towards me, and how time controls a better part of my life in an obsessive way.
