Pencil and gold leaf on paper

This is a vast field filled with boxes or dwellings, each containing an isolated individual. Each person is engaged in their own activity, working on the computer, reading, watching TV, exercising or hanging around aimlessly. This is social distancing, isolation, each person within their own little prison or cell. It is very unnatural but has become the new reality for all of us. Each of us within our own pod, our own little world. It has fulfilled the Descartian idea in real space: our realities are all based on our own imaginations.
