This collection is dedicated to the alchemical phase of the "Rubedo" that precedes the creation of the alchemical gold. As in the collections "Work" and "Gold of the Earth" there is an invitation to an active and energetic research to create or find the precious treasure hidden in each one of us. Chromatically, the dark tones of "Nigredo“, present in previous collections, are abandoned to focus more on the red color, present in the sublimation phase under the effect of fire. Shape and color are related to the Yang side of the universe.

Technique: board of polymeric material melted with fire and/or hot air (800 °C); applications of gesso; painted with acrylic and enamels; inclusions of stones, and 24kt gold.
