Jane Metcalfe, co-founder of Wired magazine, debuts her first book, Neo.Life, which explores new thinkings in neuroscience, genetics, synthetic biology, fertility, and human performance. From interviews with geneticist and futurist George Church to profiles of artist Lynn Hershmann’s antibody experiment, Neo.Life, the book, documents the leaders that will drive the next phase of our evolution. The design of the cover, printed with a holographic foil, was designed to entice and engage a larger audience than the scientific community through bold typography and innovative printing techniques. Genetic mutation is alluded to by inserting the Modula Ribbed "O" into the title. Morla Design handled all aspects of creative and printing production.
