Connection is about learning how to stop, look around you and breathe. Be present for yourself and for others. We are consumed by our work and forget to connect from the heart with our partner, friends or family. In order to transition to a greater future we need to learn to be present and enjoy the little things we take for granted before we totally lose connection.
