Fletcher's Boathouse , 2019

Studying introduction to Photography II at the Smithsonian Studio Arts, I was given an assignment by instructor Mr. Ardarge' Asfaw. The assignment was to photograph a subject using hyperfocal distance. A process in which all objects can be brought into an "acceptable" focus on maximum depth of field. I chose to walk the C&O Canal towpath at Fletcher's Boathouse Lock #6 - 4940 Canal Road NW, DC. After walking several miles, I headed back to my car and canoes caught my eyes.
