Bunny Goddess , 2020
11.5 x 24 in (h x w)
watercolor, colored pencil, Digital

Up in the sky beside the moon, the girls receive wise advice from a bunny goddess, “I want you to know that you are never lonely when you hold on to who you are and those who love you dearly, your inner circle- Even if they are no longer with you”. They take this back with them on their way home. The bunny is placed strategically on the moon, specifically in the inner circle. The surreal clouds portray a dream-like, heavenly atmosphere. This is important because the Goddess Bunny is the mother. This piece is inspired by the Chinese moon goddess, Chang’e.
