Raven is a skilled swordsman who learned from a native humanoid species in Via’Kira. He is the first contestant to face off against Milo in the Trials. I imagined him being an enigmatic and dark fighter who embodies the spirit of a raven. I wanted to shroud Raven in a shadow to make him seem ominous so that he presents a real threat to the protagonist.
