Doctor Rhabe, his wife Ana, and daughter Annie (Bottom Right Corner) attend the Victoria’s Light celebration parade. The Fascist Empire is going to war, and its citizens cheer on marching soldiers and diesel fueled war machines. Rabe is in awe at the sight, an avid Victorian Fascist he believes that his country can do nothing wrong, and that the oncoming war is a just one. He volunteers himself to the front, helping any injured or wounded Soldiers.
