"During the Stay Home, Stay Safe order I have had plenty of free time, almost too much free time, which I didn't think was possible. Having just recently graduated from college, I haven’t previously had much time to dive into most of the movies on my “must-watch“ list, and this quarantine has presented an optimal opportunity to do so. I’ve always been fascinated by classic films. The pace and plots are so incredibly different than most of what comes to theater these days. Even more so, Im captivated by the behind the scenes of these movies. This is where I took inspiration for this piece. While thumbing through a 1950s movie archive, I found a moody picture of Marlon Brando and some of his cast members breaking for a cigarette on the set of A Streetcar Named Desire.
