World Cup Downhill rider Adam Brayton weaves around machinery deep inside the last working slate mine in England. This image fuses two of the things The Lake District is well known for, slate mining and mountain biking. The slate vein that runs through the inside of this mountain at 40 degrees, meaning the whole mine is pitched steeply downhill - a perfect playground for Adam.
