This piece is a stunning example of Dawson's practice, the loose, free circular lines floating on pale blue and covered in a veil of soft pink.

Wendy Dawson's practice is one of repetition and structure. Her work is produced by applying hundreds of linear marks to paper employing only two or three colours. Through this process, she gradually builds layers, creating an almost knitted quality.

Dawson has worked at Arts Project for 12 years and has been included in numerous group exhibitions including the currently touring exhibition FEM-aFFINITY. Her work is held in public, corporate and private collections in Australia.
Estimate $180-240
