Let's Go Right
mixed media (paper, Gouache, Watercolours, markers)

To create this art piece, I’ve used a variety of mediums which is what makes it unique. The problem that I was trying to depict through my artwork are environmental issues that are caused by humans. The intent behind creating this piece was to highlight the things we do that negatively impact the environment. Each of the problems–noise pollution, water pollution, light pollution, air pollution and littering are shown on the left side. On the right side are what our cities should look like and possible solutions that need to be implemented in many places in the GTA. The idea of using the CN Tower came to me when I was looking out my balcony and I saw the CN Tower. I wanted my art piece to represent the area that I live around. The CN Tower also represents us as Canadians because it's an iconic Canadian landmark.
