My theme covers self-loathing, and the dangers of prioritizing the voices of our inner doubts over the voices of those who love us. The image depicts two versions of myself: the version of myself that I love, the person that I present to my family and friends--and the version of myself that is consumed by self-loathing and overwhelmed by my own expectations.
