My artwork has developed a sense of beauty that transcends imagination by using color, movement, and composition to express complex emotions. I have experimented with modeling paste in my recent paintings to add three-dimensional elements onto canvas, using color theory and storytelling in tandem with psychological concepts to reflect on self-love, acceptance, and creativity as a means of art therapy. "Release" is such a personal piece of mine, personifying my journey to express self-love, acceptance, and creativity while learning to let go of emotional trauma. My goal was for others to reflect within themselves and envision releasing any negative emotion for a moment, accepting themselves as beautiful and unique.
