The Red Umbrella , 2021
Recycled Materials (Magazines, Red and Yellow Plastic Bags, Paper Straws, Toilet Rolls, cardboard, clay, Pop Tabs, Denim Fabric, Styrofoam and White String)

When I think of something that uplifts me I think of a calming, relaxed place that you feel safe in and for me that place is when it rains outside. I know it may seem strange because most people hate it when it rains but to me there are so many things about it that uplift me. I love how peaceful it is and the way all the colours like yellow or red seem brighter after it rains. My favourite thing about it is the effect rain has of making you feel like you're the main character in a movie. I demonstrated all these things that I love about rain in my sculpture.
