ABOUT THE ARTIST
Hunt has exhibited her digital prints and animations at Guild Hall Museum, Arlene Bujese Gallery, Stony Brook University, Adelphi University, Regis College, SIGGRAPH LA and Orlando, NY Digital Salon, MACWORLD Digital Art Contest Winners and others.

Her work is in the collections of GE, PepsiCo, Republic National Bank, Chase Guarantee, Parrish Art Museum, Guild Hall Museum, Stony Brook U., Regis College, CUNY and others.

ABOUT THIS ARTWORK
My digital work is an extension of my more traditional Abstract Expressionist paintings, drawings and prints. This digital print is similar to monotypes I was working on at the time, where the background was a gestural painting with collage elements added. The computer enabled me to go beyond the flat collage and create 3D elements. I have painted backdrops for dance and think of these works as stage sets, where the 3D elements are the dancers. Eventually, I set these elements in motion.
