ABOUT THE ARTIST
Sarah Song (b. 1993) is a new media artist and Techspressionist based in Hong Kong and Shanghai. She graduated in 2019 from Goldsmiths, University of London with an M.F.A. in Computational Arts. Her practice lies at the junction of the natural world, sound, as well as visuals. She works in a variety of media and most of her artworks aim to explore the creative relationships and possibilities between nature and digital technology and to find poetic meaning in one's daily life.

ABOUT THIS ARTWORK
By merging physical reality with the 3D object in a virtual world, the evolutionary process of a digital eye comes into being. Due to the different input materials, the results may vary though the codes and logic are fixed. It brings out the idea that digital technology opens up an infinite possibility just like the third eye.

PLEASE NOTE: The scale of this artwork has been adjusted for the purposes of this virtual exhibition.
