The painting illuminates the evening rain on the street of Saigon. I managed to correct the
view along the street, the surrounding area and the distance. As you can see, the white cloud was done with oil painting as I softly smudged it to give a very soft effect. The first thing was the shading of the evening sky by bright blue, phthalo blue, and a little ultramarine mixed with white. After the process of the evening sky, I take some shading in the corner of the building, the road and the crowds without any blending incident.
