Alicja Seweryn do stworzenia projektu wykorzystała program ArtBreeder, który bazuje na sieciach GAN i pozwala wyhodować dowolną liczbę obrazów oraz utworzyć z nich dzieło sztuki. Narzędzie potrafi mieszać wiele stylów w jeden, dając możliwość dostosowania ich do własnych potrzeb. Manipulowanie mutacjami genetycznymi składowych dużego i skomplikowanego algorytmu pozwoliło na stworzenie unikatowego portretu najwybitniejszego artysty niemieckiego renesansu.

Albrecht Dürer's triple self-portrait symbolises the flow of time - the artist is depicted as a youth, a mature man and an old man. To create the project, Alicja Seweryn has used the ArtBreeder programme, which is based on GAN networks and allows you to grow any number of images and create a work of art from them. The tool can mix multiple styles into one, giving you the ability to customise them. By manipulating the genetic mutations of the components of a large and complex algorithm, it was possible to create a unique portrait of the most prominent artist of the German Renaissance.
