Adam Ginand (1853-1925), a high ranking architect working for the government, had a nervous breakdown during the war, in 1916.

In 1919, the made this little drawing of a peace rider in a rounded frame with a palm leaf over his shoulder, obviously glad that the war was over. One of the two angels above declares „Peace on Earth“.
