Defence, Offence and Communication. Among the different evolutionary purposes for emitting light, I search for my own reasons as to why I adore these illumination and my reason for wanting to glow. Perhaps, my desire to “glow” may be my way of warning: warning for others of this unknown “evil” within myself, or paradoxically, a way of communication: my call for help, wanting to be found in the dark.
