The Fool , 2020
11 x 13.5 in (h x w)
Bakeable clay, Acrylic paint, glitter, aluminum armature

The Fool is representative of having to "bend over backwards" for others, serving as the only 3D piece in my thesis. Made from bakeable clay, acrylic paint, and glitter, this contortionist clown represents this idea of exhausting yourself for others over your own well-being. The bright colored costume and smiling face paint hides the truth of this character.
