Grey Wolf , 2020
13 x 11 in (h x w)
Digital

Integral to terrestrial ecosystems, the grey wolf aids in stabilizing the food chain and resource abundance through top down predation. Typically feeding on wounded or old prey, all populations are kept healthier. Towering over the forest and its inhabitants, the grey wolf is as salient as the trees themselves. The absence of this species impacts deer and river behavior. Deer increase in population. Plant life struggles to thrive and rivers erode unstable soil.
