Our bodies are mostly made up of water. The same way the moon draws the oceans' tide it pulls on our being. We are constantly in flux and flow. We perceive ourselves as separate from the earth. We perceive ourselves as separate from each other. When, in fact, a short conversation is more than an exchange of words. It is nothing less than an exchange of biology. Our bodies are having a conversation as tangible as the one crossing lips. When we connect to ourselves we can feel the subtle undulation of the waves in the waters of our bodies and minds. When you close your eyes do you stand perfectly still? - Or do you sway.
