Yoink

This artwork is made with acrylic paint on canvas. It features a comic panel from the 1966 Thor comic #437, which I appropriated in my own style by combining it with large consumer brands including Coke, Pepsi, Nesquik and McDonalds and my artist name/brand Yoink which acts as sort of title for the artwork. With the overall intention of promoting my brand Yoink. I wanted to include the bold black lines to help create that comic explosion effect. I used elements of symmetry with my display of the logo to help create some balance within the chaotic frame
