I went to church with my family from an early age, however, the Sundays I went with my grandmother were special. The windows in her church produced an incredible light that always made me feel uplifted even on the dreariest of days. I have tried to carry that same light into the life of others. A positive word, a random act of kindness, or just an understanding touch can bring joy to someone who is hurting either mentally or physically. Quilting satisfies my soul and brings me joy. I hope that my quilt brings both light and joy to you.
