ARTWORK DESCRIPTION
This is a mixed media art piece done on a 30 x 60 canvas. Zohra started this art piece at the beginning of the beautiful autumn season. Fall has been one of her favourite seasons, so she wanted to create an art piece that represented her love of this season. She has used pouring medium, acrylic paint, glitter, felt, paper, gold foil and a gel pen in the art piece
ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Zohra is a twenty-two-year-old self-taught artist and has been painting since 2016. She was born in Pakistan and came to Canada in 2008. She is currently studying interior design and trying to find ways to incorporate her love for art and design with her love for social justice. She is an advocate for women's rights and all forms of equality. Her goal is to use her art to showcase the struggles of women in various societies and convey hope for a better future. She hopes to inspire young girls to never set a limit as to what they can achieve in life.
