A Cloudburst, the Source , 2021
100 x 98.3 x 0.3 cm (h x w x d)

From my garden I see huge skies. here a weather front moving down the Carse of stirling offers up a cloud burst over the Campsie Fells. these rains feed the waterways which join from the River Forth, flowing east and into the North Sea. the blue skies above suggest a promise of fair weather to follow. This image respresents to me the immesnity of nature, and the power of the natural systems and cycles that shape our lives.
