To me, Flow is rooted in movement of some kind. I've alway felt photography is stationary and can only suggest movement. This picture was taken amidst so much motion: the flame, the breeze, insects in the air, and my unsteady feet on a wobbly branch, but the stillness of the image totally contrasts the world appearing there. I love that everything working against this picture was lost in the flow, leaving a serene, peaceful idea in it's place.
