Mark Twain had a very sharp wit. I came across a quote of his one day and decided that he would make an interesting scratchboard subject. I used a cross hatch technique with some broad strokes from a tattoo needle to achieve the look on this one. As of now, it’s hanging in my home with other literary icons. I’d love to see some who loves his work take this piece home.
