Sometimes it's hard to realize that war is really going on in your life.
Explosions, shots, smoke. It is impossible to prepare for such events
around, and even more impossible to live without feeling dramatic
changes - things would never be the same.
Russia's full-scale invasion has paused many everyday processes -
study, work, leisure, and life planning. Instead, all the planning
turned into something ephemeral and abstract, because the flow of
things was brutally disrupted. Psychotherapists advise returning to
common routine activities- something we are all used to do. But the
routine is now accompanied by the war.
