Artist's explanation: This is an image of the Yakut great leader Tygyn Toyon under a totem hitching post called Serge. On the right from Tygyn is a military leader, and on the left is a spiritual priest. In the background are a mogul urasa, a leader’s summer dwelling, and an eagle, a totem animal of the Yakuts. Tygyn is welcoming Russian Cossacks asking for peace and unity. He is holding a cup of the blessing (choroon) and a punishing sword called Batyya.

Тыгын принимает русских казаков, просящих мира и соединения. В руке держит чороон благословения и карающий меч батыйа.
