The Future of Identity , 2023
w = 100, d = 2 cm

This photo was taken in a far future archaeological museum, which displays historical artifacts. This cabinet displays objects that were in common use, like dishes, vases, and a passport.
According to the archeologists, it’s impossible to determine why passports became no longer necessary. Has the world shifted into a global totalitarian regime? Or on the contrary, borders were canceled, leading to total freedom of movement? Did identity become digital only? Or simply the state of Canada ceased to exist? We may never know.
