In our lives as young professionals moving up the managerial ranks, we have to deliver well researched reports with no room for our feelings. We want to follow our ambitions and at the same time we want to spend quality time for ourselves with the ones who are close to us. In the race for getting what we want, we take the risk of missing out on the most important moments.
