This painting was inspired by many koi ( symbol for luck in many Japanese gardens) water gardens that I have seen in my travels around the world. Always so fascinating and meditative to watch. Their colors and their graceful motion in watercolor and some mixed media anccents experiments giving it a life-like impact in its size painting.
