Costa Rica is a place full of beauty and adventure with lush rainforests, active volcanoes, and diverse wildlife. It is home to over 50 species of hummingbirds. Arenal Volcano National Park was a spectacular place to observe these fascinating creatures. I was fortunate to discover a tiny occupied nest tucked in the vegetation while on a nature walk. The beautiful builder watched closely as I cautiously approached with my camera to capture the brilliant colors and contrast. Pura vida!
