Echelon has requested a design for a new freestanding building where the cocktail lounge will be built. This
structure will need to be timeless, unique, and memorable to ensure a positive perception of the lounge is created in people’s minds when they see the exterior of the building.

The design must be timeless, as this site will be the location of Echelon for as long as possible, unique, so the designs mimics the uniqueness of the experience that guests will have at the lounge, and memorable so when people see the structure they wonder what it is, and what is inside.

Echelon has requested that the design have a modern and futuristic aesthetic, with a focus on darker materials. The design needs to ensure the building has room for multiple different rooms and areas inside,
however, it cannot be too big, ensuring it still feels exclusive and not mass-market.

Echelon also needs an invitation to be designed for the VIP opening. This invitation needs to take a physical form which will be mailed to all those invited to the opening. The invitation must have an expensive feel to display exclusivity when people receive it.

All aspects of the design should look high quality and be robust for them to stand the test of time. Echelon also requires a design that is respectful of all cultures and genders.
