I have found artwork to be a wonderful creative outlet for me and it's a very safe way to explore feelings and emotions and thoughts. It takes you on a weird and wonderful journey just like life itself!!! Nobody ever truly knows what really goes on behind closed doors and it's a very safe world we live in where trauma and abuse goes on daily behind closed doors. I now have to live with multiple mental health diagnoses which I have to manage on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. Throughout all of the hell that I endured I have always refused to let the monsters overpower and beat me. It has taken many years and immense strength and self-belief to recover from all that I somehow survived. I have now gained my wings and am finally reborn like a phoenix ready to rise up from the ashes and fly high!!!
